General Terms and Conditions
The legal relationship between SABOR BV-PROLUMENS, with registered office at 2820 Rijmenam, Doornlaarstraat 55, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0726.903.845, and anyone who wishes to make a purchase via the Website ("the Buyer"), is governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, valid from 30/07/2021 - version 1. Any other conditions or amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall only apply when approved in writing by SABOR BV-PROLUMENS.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer expressly confirms that he is aware of, approves and accepts the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
SABOR BV-PROLUMENS reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time for future orders. On current agreements, the conditions that were applicable at the time of the conclusion of the agreement apply.
In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU": the website of SABOR BV on which products are offered and sold to customers.
"Client" means any natural or legal person who places an order through the website "Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU".
"Order" means the conclusion of a purchase agreement between SABOR BV-PROLUMENS and the customer of the Internet shop "Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU" regarding the products offered on Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU.
"Products" means all goods offered by SABOR BV-PROLUMENS through Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU which may be the subject of one or more agreements.
Offers and conclusion of agreements
Offers are valid while stocks last. An agreement is reached the moment an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address provided by the client confirming his order.
The client and SABOR BV-PROLUMENS expressly agree that a valid agreement can be established by using electronic forms of communication. In particular, the absence of an ordinary signature does not affect the binding force of the agreement. In so far as the law permits, the electronic files of SABOR BV-PROLUMENS serve as a presumption of evidence.
Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:
- in case of serious suspicion of abuse of rights or bad faith on the part of the customer, e.g. frequent ordering and returning of goods without actual purchase.
- In case of force majeure, e.g. fire, natural disasters, etc.
In these cases SABOR BV-PROLUMENS will inform the client that the order will be refused.
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. The price mentioned in the e-mail confirming an order is the price payable by the client.
Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time, but products will always be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the agreement is made.
Online payments are made by the customer with a Maestro, Visa or Mastercard, or bancontact or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, the goods will only be delivered when the money has been received in the account of SABOR BV-PROLUMENS. An order will be processed as soon as we receive approval from the institution for the secure bank payment.
In case of payment by credit card, the conditions of the respective card issuer apply.
Delivery and delivery time
Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU strives to deliver all orders placed and paid on working days before 2pm within seven working days. For orders placed and paid on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU strives to deliver within seven working days counting from the next working day.
These delivery times are indicative and no rights can therefore be derived from them.
If a product is not in stock the client will be informed by e-mail about a later delivery date. If the customer does not agree with the delay, the ordered product can be cancelled or the customer can order an alternative product. The cancelled product will be reimbursed or, if an alternative product is ordered, the excess/underpayment will be refunded/invoiced.
If, in case of problems with the delivery service, the delivery date is exceeded by 30 working days, the customer is obliged to inform us by e-mail. In that case the client can cancel the order and PROLUMENS.EU will refund the paid amount to the account of the client within 10 working days after receiving the information about the non-delivery.
In case of delivery problems with the supplier, the delivery date is exceeded by 30 working days, Webshop - PROLUMENS.EU will inform the client by e-mail. In this case the client can cancel the order and PROLUMENS.EU will refund the amount paid to the account of the client within 20 working days of the reply from the client.
Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the client when placing the order. SABOR BV-PROLUMENS.EU cannot be held responsible in any way for mistakes made by the client when entering the delivery and/or invoice address, which can lead to delays in delivery or the impossibility of delivering the ordered products.
As soon as the products to be delivered have arrived at the delivery address provided, the risk in relation to the products delivered shall pass to the customer.
Shipping costs are charged in function of size, weight and value.
A customer can, within 5 days as from the day following the delivery of a product, renounce the purchase of a product without having to give a reason or pay a fine. Return costs are at his own expense.
In this case, we ask him to return the products with the return document (see "my purchase history" on www.prolumens.eu) within 5 calendar days from the day following the delivery. This is only possible if the product has not been used, all labels are still attached to the goods, the packaging is intact and all accessories are included. After receipt, we will check the product for damage and whether it has not been used (used or damaged items will not be taken back) and we will process the return. The risk of returning a product is borne by the customer. In the event of an objection, Webshop - PROLUMEMS.EU shall refund the purchase price to the client within 20 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.

Warranty on manufacturing faults
If after delivery it appears that a product has manufacturing defects, we ask the customer to return this product and we will send it to the manufacturer for repair.
This irregularity must be reported within 5 days.
It may happen that the photos on our website differ from the original product. Due to possible adjustments that are made during production, it is possible that small changes occur. This can happen in the colour of the product, the model and the finishing. Also, the product information may be dubious or incomplete. Because product photographs and product descriptions are supplied by the manufacturer, SABOR BV-PROLUMENS is not liable for this.
SABOR BV registered with the RPR in MECHELEN under the number BE0726.903.845 takes the necessary measures to protect your privacy in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Privacy with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.

When you subscribe to a newsletter, place an order through our webshop or provide us with personal data about yourself in any other way, we collect and process the following personal data: first name, surname, address, (mobile) telephone number and e-mail address. We only pass on your e-mail address to third parties with your permission.

All photos and images shown on the website and in the webshop are subject to copyright.
This applies to all images, regardless of the manner of distribution or the form in which they are supplied.
No photo may be reproduced and/or made public by means of printing, photocopying, microfilm, digitally or in any other way without the prior written consent of SABOR BV-PROLUMENS.EU.
If you use a photograph from this website without prior permission, you will be notified to cease use and a claim for damages will be filed against you.
If difficulties arise during the execution of an agreement, the customer and Webshop - SABOR BV-PROLUMENS.EU undertake to examine the possibility of reaching an amicable settlement before taking legal action.
The agreements and all legal reports between the client and Webshop - SABOR BV-PROLUMENS.EU are subject to Belgian law.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for our registered office. Information about alternative dispute resolution can be found via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/odc/ but we reserve the right to submit disputes exclusively to the courts.
